By downloading or using Visora, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Visora ("the App") is provided by Essea Labs Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). It's a daily-ritual + vision-board app designed to support personal practice and intentional thinking. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Visora.
• You're responsible for the security of your device and Apple ID — anyone who can unlock your phone can read your visions and wins.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Subscription

Visora requires a paid subscription after a free trial period.

Trial

• Length: 7 days, free
• Activated when you tap Start 7-day free trial on the paywall
• You won't be charged during the trial

Pricing

• Yearly: US$69.99 / year (≈US$5.83 / month)
• Monthly: US$9.99 / month

Prices are charged in your local currency at the App Store's exchange rate. Apple may also apply local taxes. Prices may change with notice — existing subscribers are honoured at their original rate for the current term.

Auto-renewal

• Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours of the end of the current period.

Managing & cancelling

• Manage or cancel anytime via Settings → [your Apple ID] → Subscriptions on your iOS device, or via the in-app "Manage subscription" entry (which deep-links to the same place).
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

• Subscriptions are non-refundable in most cases, but Apple may grant refunds at their discretion via reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged at all.

What you get

A subscription unlocks:

• The full daily ritual (voice-guided visualisation)
• Unlimited vision board with photos + customisation
• Unlimited captured wins with photos
• Linked-vision attribution
• Future features added during your active subscription

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you put into the App — photos, vision text, wins, intentions. We don't claim any rights to your content.

You grant us a limited licence to store and display your content on your devices (and, once auth is live, sync it across them) — that licence terminates if you delete your account or delete the app.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Upload illegal content
• Upload others' content without their permission
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• Resell or redistribute the App or its content

Our content

The App's design, the ritual audio script, affirmation library, and daily quotes are owned by Essea Labs Pty Ltd. Quotes from public figures (e.g. Marcus Aurelius) are used under fair-use / public domain as applicable.

Availability

• We aim to keep the App running but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may release updates, add features, or remove features at any time.
• If we permanently shut down, we'll give 30 days' notice and an option to export your data.

Disclaimers

VISORA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We don't guarantee that the App will be error-free, available at all times, or that any specific outcome will result from your practice.

Visora is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Anything in the ritual, affirmations, or quotes is for general inspiration only.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate your access if you breach these terms or for legal compliance reasons.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE / COUNTRY TO CONFIRM — e.g. New South Wales, Australia]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless required otherwise by local consumer-protection law.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we'll notify you in-app and update the "Effective" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
