How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone:

1. Open Settings
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Find Visora and tap it
5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Or from inside the app: Settings → Manage subscription (deep links to the same iOS page).

How does the 7 day free trial work?

You get full access to every feature for 7 days. Cancel before day 7 in iOS Settings and you pay nothing. Apple sends you a reminder before the trial ends. If you don't cancel, your selected plan (monthly or yearly) begins automatically.

I subscribed but the app still shows the paywall

Open the paywall and tap Restore at the bottom. If that doesn't unlock access, email us at support@tryvisora.com with the Apple ID email you used to subscribe and we'll investigate.

I want to get a refund

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple typically responds within 48 hours. We don't have the ability to refund on our end.

My photos / wins / visions disappeared

At MVP launch, all your content lives on your device. If you uninstalled the app, switched phones, or restored from an iCloud backup that didn't include the app, content from the prior install is lost. (Account sync that protects against this is coming soon, see "What's planned" below.) If your content vanished without any of these actions, email us with your device model and approximate time and we'll investigate.

The ritual audio won't play

Visora's ritual is bundled audio: no internet needed. If it fails:

• Check your iPhone isn't muted on the side switch and the system volume is up.
• Force quit Visora (swipe up, swipe Visora away) and reopen.
• Restart your iPhone (power off + on).
• Still not working? Email us with your iPhone model and iOS version.

What's planned

These are not in the app today, but on the roadmap:

• Account sync: sign in with Apple, sync visions and wins across iPhone + iPad.
• Streaks: visualise consecutive days of practice.
• Accountability partners: invite a trusted friend to celebrate your wins.

We'll announce these via the in app What's New screen as they ship.
